Front Seat Life, LLC was created in 2015 by founder Kelly Marie Wofford. Front Seat Life, LLC is dedicated to eliminating the stigma of addressing mental health and emotional well-being, with a focus on communities of color.

Front Seat Life, LLC programs include the following:

Mental Health Coaching. One-on-One peer coaching where clients work to decrease stress to increase mental health.

Color of Crazy Series. A panel discussion held at community centers and churches, featuring community members with mental health challenges.

Destination Relaxation: Half day emersion experience where participants get to take a dive into the mental health recovery process.

Faith Leaders Mental Health Roundtable: Currently under production. A monthly discussion with faith leaders on addressing mental health within their congregations.
