ACCESS Summer Reading Camp
CLaRI's ACCESS Summer Reading Camp application consists of two forms: (1) the Parent Form and (2) the Teacher Form. A completed Parent Form and Teacher Form are required to secure a spot in the program. Each family should submit one set of application documents for each child attending the camp.

The child's teacher(s) must complete the Teacher form. Children will be placed into small groups for reading and writing instruction, so the teacher must provide specific academic information to be accepted into this program.

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission into this program. Please contact CLaRI (ub-clari@buffalo.edu/ 716.645.2470) with questions about availability and eligibility.
The application submission deadline is Friday, May 22nd or until the program is full.
1. The child's parent(s) completes the Registration Form.
2. The child's teacher completes the Academic Information Form.
All aplication documents must be submitted electronically. If your child is eligible to attend, CLaRI faculty will contact you via email with a confirmation letter and other camp information.
