Whether you're preparing your course for the start of the semester or looking for help with an existing Top Hat course, additional virtual support opportunities are available throughout August and September. These sessions are designed to help current Top Hat users get answers to their questions and make the most of the platform during the busy start of the semester.
Targeted deep dives into specific areas of the platform. The topics were selected based on the questions and support cases we receive most frequently during this time of year.
Open sessions for existing users where faculty can get 1:1 help. Participants will be admitted on an ongoing basis throughout the session, and we encourage them to come prepared with specific questions.
These sessions are intended for instructors who already use Top Hat and are looking for additional support during the start of the semester.
