Get ready for fall with Top Hat virtual support

Whether you're preparing your course for the start of the semester or looking for help with an existing Top Hat course, additional virtual support opportunities are available throughout August and September. These sessions are designed to help current Top Hat users get answers to their questions and make the most of the platform during the busy start of the semester.

Feature walkthroughs

August 11–September 11, 2026

Targeted deep dives into specific areas of the platform. The topics were selected based on the questions and support cases we receive most frequently during this time of year. 

Office hours

August 11–September 11, 2026

Open sessions for existing users where faculty can get 1:1 help. Participants will be admitted on an ongoing basis throughout the session, and we encourage them to come prepared with specific questions.

New to Top Hat?

These sessions are intended for instructors who already use Top Hat and are looking for additional support during the start of the semester.

If you're new to Top Hat, explore the live and on-demand introductory webinars offered by Top Hat's Instructional Design team to learn the fundamentals before attending office hours or feature walkthroughs.
