“We thought our band would last maybe a summer at the most but it's a very addictive thing performing these songs. The concerts grew and grew and we've ended up playing and selling out the same arenas that Queen played at their peak. It's been a surreal ride. ”
Patrick Myers, Lead singer
Killer Queen

Killer Queen - A Tribute to Queen, featuring Patrick Myers as Freddie Mercury, will take the stage with its thrilling, adventurous and electrifying performance at The University at Buffalo Center for the Arts (UBCFA)  on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. Tickets for this show go on sale at 12 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024 at ubcfa.org, Ticketmaster or in person at the UBCFA Ticket Office.

This marks Killer Queen’s first U.S. tour since they performed their inaugural tribute concert in 1993 at London University, following in the footsteps of the band who had played their first concert there decades earlier. Their expert musicianship, extraordinary energy and accurate portrayal of the world’s greatest live band have rightfully earned them the title of Queen tribute royalty. Thrilling sell-out audiences across the globe, Killer Queen recreates the high energy, powerful phenomenon that was Queen live.

“The UBCFA is once again bringing an outstanding show to Western New York and Southern Ontario audiences,” says Jamie Enser, executive director of the UBCFA. “We know Queen’s legions of fans are going to be thrilled with this incredible tribute to one of the greatest live bands to ever perform.”

Lead singer Patrick Myers said, “It's been an amazing journey. That first show changed my life. We thought our band would last maybe a summer at the most but it's a very addictive thing performing these songs. The concerts grew and grew and we've ended up playing and selling out the same arenas that Queen played at their peak. It's been quite a surreal ride.”
