Eunsun Jung
Master of the Korean gayageum
Eunsun Jung is an award-winning gayageum player who has performed in France, Belgium, Germany, the U.K., Japan, and the United States. Gayageum is a Korean traditional zither that originates from the Gaya Kingdom in the sixth century. Eunsun Jung was joined in concert by UB Professor of Music Sungmin Shin and Asia Research Institute Postdoctoral Fellow Stephanie Choi for a program that included traditional and contemporary Korean music.
