University at Buffalo (UB)
The Asia Research Institute (ARI) provides funding for one UB undergraduate student each year to participate in each of the three conferences organized by International Student Conferences, Inc (ISC). Students apply to ISC to participate in one of the conferences and simultaneously apply to ARI for funding. ARI funding can only be offered to students who are accepted into one of the ISC conferences.
Although the conferences themselves are open to undergraduates, recent graduates, and graduate students, this ARI funding opportunity is only for currently enrolled, full-time, matriculated UB undergraduate students in good academic standing who plan to return to UB for at least one semester following the conference before graduating.
Application deadlines are at the end of December 2023. The ARI application deadline will be the same as each program’s application deadline.
