The Software Download Service is a software delivery infrastructure to download software according to agreements between UB and software vendors.

UB students, faculty and staff

Special Requirements

Students must pay the technology component of the comprehensive fee

Hours of availability

24 hours daily

Hours of support

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday; After hours support only for urgent and high priority problems
