Service Description:

Campus Parking

Application used by the Parking & Transportation office for maintaining and tracking all parking related activities, including parking permits, tickets, letters and vehicle tracking.

The web hang-tag (MyParkingPermit) application is a process in which faculty/staff and students can register their vehicles and obtain a campus parking permit through an online interface that makes calls directly to the parking system application.  Payments for faculty and staff permits are collected through the E-Payment application. Authentication is required.

Intended Audience: Parking & Transportation; Students, Faculty and Staff wanting to purchase parking permits. 

Availability:

  • Client application available 24 x 7 
  • MyParkingPermit available 24 x7 

Application Support: 7:00 a.m. - 11 p.m. 7 days per week

Hardware/Operating System Support: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday

Maintenance: A daily maintenance window is available for this service between the hours of 4:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. During this time the service may be unavailable. Alerts will be posted if maintenance will be occurring for the service which will require a service outage.

Application has limited support on University holidays.
