Tuition & Fees

With our two beautiful locations, your child can enroll in either of our north campus or south campus facilities.  

We can also accommodate your full-time or part-time schedule.  

Part-time options are conveniently arranged into three full-days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) or two full-days (Tuesday/Thursday) schedules.

Our weekly tuition rates for each age group are:

*Additional days can be requested by currently enrolled families, only as space allows.  

**Tuition rates are evaluated on a regular basis and are subject to change.  

Tuition invoice statements are issued two weeks prior to services being rendered with payment due the Friday following the issuance of the bill. Please refer to the current billing chart.

*Center Discounts!

  • UBCCC offers a 5% discount on accounts with no outstanding balance if you pay the entire semester’s tuition before the session begins.
  • UBCCC also offers a 2% discount** when you enroll for automatic payment from a checking or savings account.
  • Another way we support growing families is through our sibling discount.  UBCCC offers a 5% discount for one sibling child (applied to the oldest child’s tuition).
  • UBCCC also gives a 10% discount to ***student families and can also discuss how undergraduate students might qualify for grant assistance (funds are limited and dispersed on a first-come first-served basis with restrictions).
  • Erie County Department of Social Services (DSS) voucher accepted.

*Each child is eligible for only one discount.

**Not to be combined with other existing tuition discounts (eg. student families, semester pre-pay or sibling).

**Some restrictions apply, based on annual family income.

Save money on taxes with Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provides an opportunity to pay for eligible dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars through automatic payroll deduction. Please ask your employer about the availability and the details of your company's FSA plan. UB employees, please refer to UB Human Resources.
