    UB’s Employee Assistance Program is offering several free workshops and programs this month for faculty and staff. Among the topics are meditation (Nov. 9), opioids in the workplace (Nov. 16) and “self care,” including nutrition, reflexology and aromatherapy (Nov. 30).
