    Eligible UB employees can now enroll in the Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) for 2017, which allows employees to exchange previously accrued vacation and/or personal leave for a credit to be applied toward the employee share of their New York State Health Insurance Program premiums on a biweekly basis.
