The thoughts and prayers of the University at Buffalo are with the Ohio State University community as it responds to and copes with today’s tragic events.
Eligible UB employees can now enroll in the Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) for 2017, which allows employees to exchange previously accrued vacation and/or personal leave for a credit to be applied toward the employee share of their New York State Health Insurance Program premiums on a biweekly basis.
“Remains to be Seen: Performing the Archive,” a film by UB faculty member Sarah Elder, will be screened at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 30 at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center, 341 Delaware Ave., Buffalo.
“Cid Corman: In Collaboration,” an exhibition of the works of internationally acclaimed poet, author and publisher Cid Corman, is now on display in the UB Poetry Collection.
The Intercultural & Diversity Center will acknowledge victims of transgender violence as part of a National Transgender Day of Remembrance program being held Nov. 21 at UB.

With the Christmas and New Year’s Day federal holidays falling on Sunday this year, UB will be closed on Monday, Dec. 26, and Monday, Jan. 2, in observance of these holidays.
