Juliana D'Orazio

Student Assistant

Juliana is a master’s student studying Evolution, Ecology, and Behavior. She participated in the 2023 winter program, Sociology of Food, in London. Juliana joined the study abroad office hoping to help others find out how anyone can study abroad and how to make it work for them. She hopes to get in a lot more travel sometime in the future. After graduation, she hopes to go on to get her PhD and work in conservation research.

Hannah Kelly

Student Assistant

Hannah is a senior at UB majoring in Linguistics with a concentration in Korean Language. She studied abroad at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea for the 2022-2023 academic year, and also traveled to Japan during her exchange year. She is passionate about travel and the many benefits of studying abroad. She joined the Office of Study Abroad Programs in order to advocate for fellow UB students to achieve their study abroad goals, and to help by sharing her experiences. After graduation, Hannah hopes to return to South Korea to pursue a career in language education.

Lia Lamonica (She/Her)

Student Assistant

Lia is a UB junior majoring in Biomedical Science with a Psychology minor. She participated in UB's Summer 2022 Lorenzo de' Medici Program in Florence, Italy. Lia joined the Office of Study Abroad Programs as a Student Assistant, helping advise fellow students about their study abroad aspirations. She hopes to study abroad again before graduating from UB. After graduation, she plans to attend medical school!

Ryan Rohrbach

Student Assistant

Ryan is a junior majoring in international studies and political science, focusing on East Asian political affairs. He studied abroad at Korea University in Seoul and joined the study abroad office to help encourage others to overcome their barriers and pursue their study abroad dreams. After graduating from UB, Ryan hopes to pursue a graduate degree in international relations and work in the government or academic field on East Asian political affairs.
