Gas Chromatograph with Flame Ionization Detectors (GC-FID) – Thermo Scientific Trace1310

Thermo Scientific GC 1310.

Thermo Scientific GC 1310

The Trace 1310 is a flexible and reliable gas chromatography system, in this case equipped with Split/Splitless (SSL) inlets and Flame Ionization Detectors suitable for quantitation of most organic compounds.

Features

  • Dual channel configuration allows for higher sample throughput using 2 separate columns, each with an AS1310 autosampler, SSL inlet, and FID
  • Maximum oven temperature: 400°C
  • Ramp Rate: 0.1 – 125°C/min
  • Hydrogen carrier gas
  • Column flow rate: 0.001 – 100mL/min
  • Split flow rate: 5 – 1250mL/min
  • Two columns available:
    • Agilent Technologies HP-1ms – Length: 30m, ID: 0.25mm, Film: 0.25µm, non-polar dimethylpolysiloxane stationary phase, maximum temp: 325°C
    • Agilent Technologies VF-200ms – Length: 60m, ID: 0.25mm, Film: 0.25µm, Trifluoropropyl stationary phase, maximum temp: 325°C
