The US Military often requires family housing accommodations to support strategic relocations. In some instances, it can involve as many as 30,000 service members and their families. The research examines how to deliver places that can accommodate that volume of family units, rapidly, with quality, and at a price point consistent with family housing allowances. Initiated by private-sector interests, the project involves financing from both public and private sources, along with a process of building new towns that support families in transition. The process dynamics include the software programs that enable the vertical integration of all aspects of new town delivery. Support from venture capital.
