1000 LB. Challenge Form

Test your strengths and sign up for the 1,000 LB. Challenge for a chance to make it into the Club!

By signing up, you are attempting to reach this status by having the sum of your maximum lift for bench pressing, squatting, and deadlifting equal to or greater than 1,000 pounds. Upon completion, you’ll receive our one-of-a-kind "1000 LB. Club" pin.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Must be a UB student, faculty/staff or have a Recreation membership
  2. Must complete a single, good form rep of each exercise
    • If the weight is dropped, then the attempt is nullified
  3. Participants are only allowed to use a weight belt and chalk
    • Any other additional equipment is not allowed
  4. Participant must be spotted and judged by 2 Alumni Arena Staff Members
