It is my great pleasure to announce the appointment of Nancy L. Wells as Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations at the University at Buffalo, effective March 12, 2012.
Nancy’s appointment is the culmination of an extensive national search launched in June 2011. Out of a deep pool of highly qualified candidates, she emerged as the best of the best. Her wide-ranging expertise both across and beyond the academy, her demonstrated record of development and alumni relations success within an international context, and her strategic vision for UB’s advancement all make her an ideal fit for this post, and an extraordinary addition to our strong senior leadership team.
