Michael Dambra appeared live on CBS News to discuss how the United Auto Workers strike has put the spotlight on the pay gap between high-ranking executives and employees. “If you go back to the 60s or 70s, there has been a massive expansion,” of the pay gap between the two groups, he said. Regarding auto companies’ profit-sharing plans, Dambra said while employees do benefit from them, “there is a difference between what Mary Barra makes in her compensation versus the rank and file employee.”
