Fox Business quoted Michael Dambra for a story about how the Securities and Exchange Commission could hit Elon Musk with a financial penalty over a late report on his stake in Twitter. He said it's likely that the SEC will probe Musk about when exactly he hit the 5% stock threshold that requires shareholders to report their holdings. “Ultimately what’s interesting here is, what are the consequences?” Dambra said. “Historically, as you see, disclosure punishments, they’re usually typically small, about $100,000. They’re pretty small. Does that matter to Elon vs. his ability to troll? Probably not.”
