Mary B. Riedy has been named the first Margaret Hempling McGlynn Endowed Chair in Clinical Pharmacy at the UB School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
The in-kind gift, part of UB’s Boldly Buffalo fundraising campaign, helped UB mark its most successful fundraising year in history.
The mural, which arrives ahead of the 100th anniversary of Joyce’s landmark book “Ulysses,” is part of a broader fundraising campaign and initiative to raise awareness of the UB James Joyce Collection.
With an original goal of $650 million, donors have committed more than $711 million to date.
