  • UB Anderson Gallery to Host Lecture by Smithsonian Curator Harry Rand in conjunction with the exhibition "John Hultberg: Vanishing Point"

    "John Hultberg: Vanishing Point," an exhibition in UB Anderson Gallery highlighting 21 paintings and 14 graphic works from the University at Buffalo's permanent collection, will be celebrated on Sept. 29 with a reception from 6-8 p.m. and lecture at 7:30 p.m.

    The Department of Theatre and Dance at the University at Buffalo will present "The Card Index Scattered" at 8 p.m. Oct. 25-28 in the Black Box Theatre in the Center for the Arts on the UB North (Amherst) Campus. Performances also will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 28 and 29.

    The Center for the Arts at the University at Buffalo will present The New Cars on Nov. 13 at 8 p.m. in the Mainstage Theatre in the Center for the Arts on the UB North Amherst Campus. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Sept. 23.

A $604,000 federal grant from the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute to the University at Buffalo will help new and experienced physicians avoid such missteps.
