UB CPE Password Reset Request

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM

Make sure you are logging in using the UBCPE Login section (highlighted with the dashed line and arrow in the screenshot below) of the UB Learns login page.

Using Log in to UB Learns will result in a "The password you entered was incorrect." error message.

  • You will receive an email with a password reset link within the next business day.
  • IMPORTANT: Other UB support services, including the UBIT Help Center, cannot reset UBCPE passwords. 
  • Please contact the course instructor or department sponsoring the course for additional information.
