Program Description

Persistent challenges in achieving healthy communities highlight the urgent need to address social, structural and systemic factors that influence health. This program integrates innovative research with comprehensive training in the social determinants of health, community engagement, policy advocacy, program design and evaluation, data-driven health assessment and strategies to promote access to care and resources.
