The Faculty Development arm of the Office of Faculty Affairs is dedicated to professional development opportunities for faculty at all stages of their careers to support career advancement and success. Our areas of focus include early career success, early and mid-career mentoring, academic leadership, and effective and innovative teaching practices. We also work to connect UB faculty with external professional development opportunities in these areas.
