The Phlebotomy Technician program aims to teach the technical and procedural aspects of basic phlebotomy, including blood specimen collection and venipuncture, necessary for becoming a Phlebotomy Technician. The program encompasses both theoretical knowledge and hands-on instruction.
According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Phlebotomists can expect a median annual wage of $43,660, or $20.99 per hour.
