Alana Murphy is an English PhD candidate at the University at Buffalo, with an MA from Fordham University and a BA from Boston College. She served as the Digital Managing Editor for Modernism/modernity from 2022 to 2023, and she is a transcriber for the NEH-funded Amy Lowell Letters Project and a coder for the Marianne Moore Digital Archive. Her primary research interest is critically neglected modernist women writers, especially Muriel Rukeyser, with an emphasis on their correspondence and unfinished/unpublished work. She is a member of the International T. S. Eliot Society.
