Gagne is a poet, essayist, and scholar holding a BA in English and French from Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT), MSEd in TESOL from Canisius University, and MFA in Poetics from Naropa University. Their creative and critical work focus on grief, memory, mundanity, and community with ephmasis on queer and poetic interventions of archival practice and memorialization. Their work has been published in Noyo Review, Entropy, Yearling, and Bombay Gin. Currently, they are an English PhD student of Poetics at the University at Buffalo.
