Event Details
While UB Business Day primarily focuses on informative sessions and networking, plenty of other exciting happenings are also on offer.
On this Page
The Grand Foyer is the main concourse of UB Business Day. There you can find:
- Registration is south of the main entrance to the Niagara Falls Convention Center on Old Niagara Street.
- The Blue Table Drive is directly to the west of the main entrance to the Niagara Falls Convention Center on Old Niagara Street.
- The vendor fair is throughout the Grand Foyer.
- Complimentary breakfast (morning) and snack bar (afternoon) are throughout the Grand Foyer.
- An attendee lounge is available all day in the Cataract room at the eastern end of the grandfoyer on the north side of the NFCC.
- Coffee and water is available all day.
- The Erie County Public Library is present all day for information and pin making.
- Paws for Love (serving Erie County) and the Niagara County SPCA are in the Grand Foyer.
Restrooms
Restrooms are south down the hall behind registration and east of the Grand Foyer through the doors and adjacent to the Cataract room.

- Olmstead
- Governor's
The schedule you receive at registration will tell you what room your session is in.
On-Site Workspaces
Need to work while you are at the event? No problem! A dedicated workspace and lounge located in Cataract is open to anyone who needs to sit down, plug in their devices, make calls, send emails, or do anything you need to do for your workday. A limited number of computer workstations are available in the venue Business Center as well.

Need a break?
The Cataract Room is available all day if you need to take a break, answer some emails or sit down and eat.
Catering Information
Breakfast
A complimentary continental breakfast will be available in the Grand Foyer from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. including assorted whole fruits, fresh breakfast breads and bagels (gluten free options available), a variety of spreads, chilled juices, water, premium hot coffee and specialty teas.
Lunch
There will be a break for lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Food will not be provided at the venue during this time, however, there are plenty of lunch options to explore nearby and light snacks will be available after the break.
Although lunch isn't provided at UB Business Day, here are some local options within a 5- or 10-minute walk of the Niagara Falls Convention Center.

Refreshments and Snacks
Coffee, tea and water are available in the Cataract room all day. A snack bar is available in the Grand Foyer from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Be sure to grab a snack before your last session of the day!

Discounted Tickets for UB Athletics Events
UB Athletics is proud to offer discounted tickets to a select number of UB Bulls football and basketball games to all attendees of UB Business Day!
Blue Table
UB Business Day partners with Blue Table by collecting resources from event attendees to provide for UB students undergoing unanticipated hardship.
For UB Business Day 2025 we focused on collecting:
- 1-pound bags of white rice
- Bars of soap
- Deodorant
- Toothpaste
- Canned chicken or tuna
We're proud to announce that, thanks to the generosity of our attendees, we were able to donate more than 500 items to Blue Table!
Niagara County SPCA
UB Business Day is once again collaborating with the Niagara County SPCA. In previous years attendees got to meet dogs up for adoption from the Niagara County SPCA's shelter.
The Niagara County SPCA has a table at the UB Business Day 2025 vendor fair with information about their organization, adoption and answers to any questions about what they do!
For UB Business Day 2025, the NCSPCA is also hosting a fundraiser selling candles for $25. Payment can be made via cash or Venmo.
Paws for Love
The SPCA Serving Erie County's Paws for Love program brings a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and even unique pets like cockatoos and guinea pigs, to spread comfort and joy across Erie County. These animal ambassadors visit over 100 locations, including nursing homes, hospitals, airports and educational institutions, offering stress relief and companionship to those in need.
