Motorist Assistance Program (MAP)

The Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) is a complimentary service for the UB campus community brought to you by Parking and Transportation Services.  

MAP Can Help With:

  • Battery charging
  • Tire inflation
  • Lock de-icing
  • Tow arrangements

For assistance with vehicle lockouts, please first contact AAA or your other member service. If you do not have a member service, you may call University Police at 716-645-2227 for assistance.

Anyone requesting help from the Motorist Assistance Program will be required to sign a waiver on site before the work begins.

What MAP Does Not Cover

  • Vehicles parked off UB campus property
  • Flat tire changes
  • Snow removal
  • Freeing cars stuck in snow/mud
  • Gasoline
