This survey is Administered annually in October, in weeks six and seven of the Fall semester to all new first year students and new transfer students. The survey is administered online via email. The instrument asks questions related to academic experiences and challenges, physical and mental health, and sense of belonging. The information that we receive from this survey is then used to help direct outreach to students who tell us they are struggling with various aspects of college life.
