The Office for Undergraduate Research offers brief classroom presentations to introduce students to undergraduate research opportunities at the University at Buffalo.
About the Presentation
Classroom presentations help students understand how research works, how to connect with faculty mentors and how to begin exploring opportunities across disciplines. For many students, a short introduction to the research process can open the door to new academic interests and experiences.
What to Expect
A typical presentation lasts 10–15 minutes and highlights:
- How undergraduate research works at UB.
- Ways students can connect with faculty mentors.
- Opportunities available across all disciplines.
- Resources and support offered by the Office for Undergraduate Research.
Presentations can be tailored to meet the needs of your course, program or student group. Please include any specific goals or topics in your request form.
