Free outdoor fitness classes set

Wellness and Work/Life Balance is partnering with Recreation and Intramural Services to bring UB employees free outdoor fitness classes for the fall semester.

All classes, which are weather-dependent, will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Kunz Field on the North Campus. Vinyasa Yoga classes will take place every Monday, beginning Aug. 31, and Cardio Sport classes will take place every Wednesday, beginning Sept. 2.

Participants must register in advance.
