In this course clip, the head brewer and production manager at 12 Gates Brewing Company in Williamsville explain how they're infusing digital technologies into their process manufacturing.
Participants learn why performing advanced analysis of manufacturing processes is integral for diagnosing and correcting operational flaws in order to improve yields and reduce costs. They will gain insights into the best ways to collect, prepare and analyze data, as well as computational platforms that can be leveraged to collect and process data over sustained periods of time. This is the fourth of nine courses in the Digital Manufacturing & Design Technology series that explores the many facets of manufacturing’s “Fourth Revolution,” commonly known as Industry 4.0.
This online course is available on the Coursera platform.
Course Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (2.5-5 hours of effort per week)
