What is SCAPE?

SCAPE

Students for Climate Action Plan Engagement (SCAPE) is a student group made up of undergraduate and graduate students from all majors and backgrounds that meets monthly to provide valuable feedback on the Climate Action Plan.

Training/Enrollment

Students who participate in SCAPE complete a short Climate Action Plan training to build a shared foundation of knowledge. Training is offered on Brightspace, so you can join at any time!

Updates:

Tuesday 8/5

Hi Team,

It’s August! I hope you’re all enjoying the last bits of fun and sun before the semester starts.

We have one big ask for this group. At UBReUSE, SCAPE will have a table to talk about our work, and to recruit more members. I’m looking for volunteers to be stationed at this table from 10-4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27 outside the GRoW Clean Energy Center. You can do this in shifts as well.

If you could let me know your availability before August 20, that would be wonderful.

Thank you, and see you soon!

Focus Group Spotlights

SCAPE hosts focus groups on specific topics within the Climate Action Plan, giving students the chance to dive deeper into areas they’re passionate about. Our current working group areas are food systems and climate justice. Check back for more updates throughout the semester!
