This session provides an overview of the University at Buffalo’s governance structure, highlighting the extensive network of relationships that support and advance the operations of a large-scale public research university. Participants will also gain insight into UB’s financial resources, including major revenue streams and expenditure categories.
In addition, the session will introduce the Annual Resource Planning Process (ARPP), which serves as the framework for assessing the university’s financial capacity, evaluating ongoing activities, and identifying and prioritizing strategic investment opportunities to further strengthen and elevate the institution.
