Dossier Deadlines
We encourage early dossier submissions and accept dossiers on a rolling basis.
Deadlines are not due dates but the last possible submission dates to guarantee review in a timely manner.
Promotion to Full Professor / Librarian
- Due October 1 for promotion effective July 1 of the subsequent year
- December 1 for promotion effective September 1 of the subsequent year
Promotion to Associate Professor / Librarian and Tenure
- Due October 1 for promotion effective January 1 of the following year
Final submission date is February 1 for all dossiers that are to be reviewed during the current academic year.
For dossiers that cannot meet the February 1 deadline and under extenuating circumstances, please contact Sofia Tangalos.
