The Center for the Arts at the University at Buffalo will welcome Rhythm of Rajasthan on Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Mainstage Theatre in the Center for the Arts on the UB North (Amherst) Campus.

Officers from the Buffalo Police Department, University at Buffalo and Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority will gather tonight before beginning their first night of new joint patrols in University Heights.

The University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning will open its fall lecture series Sept. 9 with an illustrated talk by Stephanie Forsythe and Todd McAllen of Molo Design, the critically acclaimed Vancouver-based collaborative design and production studio that designs both buildings and products.

The fall lineup for the Buffalo Film Seminars ranges from a 1972 Russian science fiction movie that brings into question the nature of reality to a 1955 French heist film that includes a near-silent, half-hour scene portraying the burglary of a jewelry shop in such incredible detail that the movie was reportedly banned briefly by French authorities.

Daniel Ulbricht Presents: A Dance Spectacular will be performed at 3 p.m. on Sept. 20 in the Mainstage Theatre in the Center for the Arts on the University at Buffalo North (Amherst) Campus. The performance will star Daniel Ulbricht and dancers from New York City Ballet and Boston Ballet, and will feature Buffalo's own Configuration Dance Theatre.

This fall, the University at Buffalo's Center for Industrial Effectiveness (TCIE) will offer internal auditor training that will teach employees in the manufacturing, service and public sectors how to assess their organizations' quality performance.
