Leadership. Pride. Passion. Becoming one of our BLASERs (Blackstone LaunchPad Ambassadors for Student Engagement and Recruitment) or Software and Design coaches is your chance to show the campus community what an entrepreneur looks like.
Are you passionate about innovation and problem solving? Can you strike up a conversation with the wall? Do you want to learn more about leading people and running student events? Are you ready to lead a meaningful movement on campus? Are you ready to work alongside the Buffalo professional community? Are you an everyday hustler? Are you pretty organized? If you answered yes to these questions, this student internship could be for you.
Our ambassadors are an elite group of students who forge new paths for entrepreneurship as they promote Blackstone LaunchPad throughout our campuses and beyond. When you participate in the BLASER Leadership Development Program, you gain important career-building skills and find plenty of opportunities for campus and community involvement.
Students selected as BLASERs assist with our outreach, increasing awareness about the opportunities provided through Blackstone LaunchPad. In exchange, BLASERs receive special training, participate in professional development workshops and leadership assessments, and attend exclusive networking opportunities. Interested students may qualify to earn internship credit for this experience.
