Inclusive Launch

Encouraging opportunity is one of CoLab powered by Blackstone LaunchPad’s core values. CoLab hosts a series of workshops and discussions to empower students to be our next innovators, entrepreneurs, makers, and creators.

We collaborate with organizations across the Western New York community to create engaging and inspiring workshops that help students build essential skills, particularly in communication and presentation. Each student is paired with a WNY startup for an internship, offering hands-on experience and valuable insight into entrepreneurship.

Throughout the program, students participate in regular networking events that connect them with like-minded peers and local entrepreneurs. They also have opportunities to present their own ideas, receive feedback from program leaders and coaches, and strengthen their pitching abilities.

Inclusive Launch provides a unique, cohort-based learning experience where students develop their ideas into viable ventures through workshops led by successful WNY entrepreneurs. The program concludes with a final pitch event, where ventures compete for seed funding.
