Educational Resources for Successful PCORI Funding

PCORI represents a source of substantial funding which is potentially applicable to almost any studies of real-world intervention comparative effectiveness, but, as discussed in the first four sessions, there are also significant challenges in conducting high-quality studies. This final workshop will review educational resources for learning more about patient-centered comparative effectiveness research and writing successful PCORI proposals.

Workshop 5 Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the resources available for conducting high-quality patient-centered comparative effectiveness research consistent with the methodology standards.
  • Describe the resources available for writing PCORI proposals from concept to design to completion.
