CTSI Certificate of Completion

Workshops are self-contained modules and are free of charge to everyone in the Buffalo Translational Consortium. Participants have the option to attend the entire series or individual sessions. Participants who attend all of the workshops in a series are eligible to receive a CTSI Certificate of Completion.

Digital Badges and Micro-credentials

CTSI Digital Badge.

Learners completing a micro-credential earn a digital badge that is shareable on their ePortfolio, digital resumé or LinkedIn profile. Micro-credentials may also be stacked to earn certificates or advanced degrees. CTSI micro-credential and digital badging opportunities are free and open to all members of the Buffalo Translational Consortium, including students, faculty, and staff.

CTSI Effective Teaching, Good Clinical Practice, Responsible Conduct of ResearchScientific Communication, and Translational Teamwork digital badges are clickable icons signifying achievement in knowledge and skills related to clinical and translational research.

Accreditation/CME Credit

The UB Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. Physicians who attend any or all of the Core Competency workshops in a series may be eligible for CME credit.
