UB Course Evaluations (UBCE) is the university-wide tool, powered by the SmartEvals course evaluation platform, for evaluating academic courses at the university. Results from core and custom questions help faculty review courses and identify changes to promote increased student learning.
In light of recent email phishing attempts purporting to be from UB Course Evaluations, we would like to remind everyone that official UBCE correspondence will come from Vice Provost for Academic Affairs Graham Hammill. For more information on reporting phishing attempts, please visit the UBIT website.
UB Course Evaluations is where students can share their opinions about the effectiveness of the UB academic experience and provide feedback on their instructors.
Instructors can log into UB Course Evaluations to view reports and use an interactive dashboard to compare their results to aggregated results from other departments, academic units or all of UB.
UB Course Evaluations Administrators are responsible for promoting a culture of assessment at the university and reinforcing the value of course evaluation in their decanal units.
