Association for Psychological Science Fellow

The Association for Psychological Science is home to thousands of leading psychological science researchers, practitioners, teachers, and students around the world. Fellows have made enduring contributions to the science of psychology through research, teaching, service, and/or application.

Lora Park

Department of Psychology

Associate professor of psychology Lora Park, PhD, is an expert on the self, self-esteem, motivation, interpersonal processes, and well-being. Her research examines how aspects of individuals shape their responses to situations and events that occur in everyday life. A prolific scholar, Park’s work has appeared in top journals in her field and has been funded by the National Science Foundation. She is a fellow of the Association for Psychological Science, Society of Experimental Social Psychology, and Society for Personality and Social Psychology. In addition, she is a member of the executive committee of the International Society for Self and Identity and also the Society of Experimental Social Psychology, for which she will serve as president-elect in 2024.
