Stay healthy at Virtual Wellness Week

UB’s annual health and wellness fair for faculty and staff is going virtual this year, with three days of free, informative programming led by UB and community experts.

The sessions during Virtual Wellness Week are being held Oct. 20, Oct. 21 and Oct. 22. Topics range from home and virtual schooling for young children to retirement planning for state employees to “breathe your way to bliss.”
