Come and meet the herd! NEIGH (The National Equine Institute of Growth through Healing) therapy horses will be on campus May 8!
May 8, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Student Union Field (between CFA and Student Union)
Students will have the opportunity to take a break from studying to visit with horses from NEIGH (The National Equine Institute of Growth through Healing). NEIGH is a non-profit organization using therapy horses to empower individuals dealing with Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder (PTSD). Specializing with Veterans, Active Military and First responders, NEIGH provides a safe and alternative place to learn, heal, grow, and thrive!
Sessions are appointment only and generally 30 minutes long. If you’re interested in one-on-one time with the horses, reach out to Dan Ryan at dryan@buffalo.edu.
