The DISC behavioral assessment can draw a lot of comparisons to the DISCography of Taylor Swift. There appears to be an almost invisible string tying together her albums and songs with the communication styles of DISC. It’s delicate, but most certainly not a glitch.

Run to this workshop where you can delve into the world of DISC, unlocking insights into your communication style, your strengths, and areas for growth.
Prior to the workshop, participants will complete their DISC assessment, receiving personalized results during the session.
Together, we’ll unravel the threads of leadership through Taylor Swift’s era, drawing parallels that showcase the intersection of behaviors and the mastermind that is Taylor Swift.
UBITName and password required
Students who RSVP will receive an email 2-4 business days after they RSVP with a code to take the DISC Assessment. This one-time-use code cannot be shared with anyone else. Students who have been waitlisted will be notified as soon as a spot is available for them, and a code will then be provided.
