MLI (Multicultural Leadership Institute)
This leadership institute is for current and emerging student leaders who have a commitment to diversity and inclusion and to making all students feel more connected to UB.
Save the Date for 2024
The third annual Multicultural Leadership Institute (MLI), will take place January 22 - January 23. This free two-day institute will provide students the opportunity to engage with faculty, staff, and other students in meaningful activities and dialogue. This year's theme will be announced soon.
Participants in the MLI will:
Make meaningful connections with UB constituents that will support leadership development and promote social change.
Learn about diversity, multiculturalism, social justice, and identify campus resources and opportunities.
Invest in making UB a more inclusive and socially just community.
