Anticipated Learning Outcomes
Please join us for a conference for all UB professional staff that will aim to:
- Increase awareness of how one’s multiple identities impact their work at UB
- Be (re)introduced to diversity theories and models that help guide our daily interactions with others across difference (identify way to infuse theory into our practice)
- Engage in diversity and inclusion related conversations among and between colleagues
- Identify institutional policies and procedures that help create and build an inclusive campus Community
