Anticipated Learning Outcomes

Please join us for a conference for all UB professional staff that will aim to:

  • Increase awareness of how one’s multiple identities impact their work at UB
  • Be (re)introduced to diversity theories and models that help guide our daily interactions with others across difference (identify way to infuse theory into our practice)
  • Engage in diversity and inclusion related conversations among and between colleagues
  • Identify institutional policies and procedures that help create and build an inclusive campus Community

  • 3:30pm – 4:30pm: Closing Session, Wrap-Up, and Debrief: Introducting UB's first Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Plan [190 Kapoor]
