Setting the pace in patient safety and clinical research on cannabinoid replacement therapy

The Center for Integrated Global Biomedical Sciences (CIGBS) is a regional and global leader in conducting clinical research on cannabinoid replacement therapy. It also is developing best-practice models for quality assurance and patient safety monitoring.

CIGBS is working with other international sites, such as the University of the West Indies, establishing national guidelines for the optimal use of cannabinoids in medical treatment. Collaborative in its approach, the center also provides clinical expertise on endocrinology, primary care, pharmacologic sciences, nanotechnology, behavioral sciences and patient safety.
