Chelsea Montrois is the Assistant Director for Student Affairs for the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and coordinates the Women in Science and Engineering program. In this role, she organizes extracurricular networking, professional development, and outreach programs for WiSE students. She is available to meet with students one-on-one to share resources and information about potential internship and research opportunities. In doing so, she frequently connects students with her own network of faculty, staff, upper class students and community members.
Chelsea holds a BA in Spanish Language from UB, master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from SUNY College at Buffalo. Additionally, and a master’s degree in Information Design and Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. When she is not on campus, she enjoys playing bass guitar with her bands, tackling building and home renovation projects, and cooking.
