Presenting your work at a conference is an important milestone in the research process. It allows you to contribute to scholarly conversations, strengthen your communication skills and engage with professional communities beyond UB.
The Office for Undergraduate Research offers conference funding to support undergraduate students who have been accepted to present their work. Individuals and groups may apply.
Maximum award: $750
To apply, submit:
1. The online application.
2. The Conference Funding Signature Form (Individual).
Upload the completed signature form with your online application. All required signatures and fields must be completed at the time of submission.
All materials must be submitted by the deadline to be reviewed.

Faculty mentorship remains central to undergraduate research at UB. All students applying for funding through the Office for Undergraduate Research must partner with a UB faculty mentor who agrees to:
